What is a kennels experience? Read on ……
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to work with the greyhounds at Makants? Well, this month – being adopt a greyhound month – we are giving you an opportunity to experience for yourself what it is like working in a dog rescue.
Be prepared to get your hands dirty but also expect to fall in love with a greyhound…or two!
The winner of our ‘name the dog card’ will spend a full Saturday morning at kennels from 7 am to 12 noon on a date to be agreed. The experience will consist of cleaning kennels, feeding the greyhounds, a group dog walk, grooming the hounds and also will include time spent in our ‘home from home’ room with a greyhound guest with plenty of opportunities to take photos. The morning will finish with a visit to our onsite shop too.
In order to take part you must be resident in the UK, be over 16 years of age and be comfortable with photos of yourself appearing on our social media channels. Suitable clothing must also be worn.
