*SATURDAY KENNELS ROUND UP*
Adopted Makants hound DANCER was a visitor to the kennels shop this morning, buying a hand made fold up dog bed for his holidays. It was lovely to see him and his humans too.
We also had a visit from our friends Ellie and Karen from the Calico Lounge in Chorley. They allow us to undertake fundraising events in their dog friendly lounge and we thought we should return the favour and invite them to kennels to meet some hounds. They enjoyed meeting several hounds including Bruno, Woofy and new arrival Hilary and we look forward to returning to the Calico Lounge again soon.
Our Makants Crafters group later had a meet up for a ‘craft swap’ and many lovely handmade items were donated too. This group produce work of such a high standard it is often commented on at our fundraising events. Thanks to all of them for their hard work.
