PATRICK
We have some unbearably sad news to share with all our supporters today.
Our beloved Patrick left us on Thursday and made his final journey over the Rainbow Bridge. Patrick made his journey surrounded by love, by the people he knows and loves, and in familiar surroundings.
We send all our love to Siobhan, Pat and Sue and all those volunteers and supporters who loved Patrick. He certainly will remain in our hearts forever, he was loved by so many of us.
