*ONLINE AUCTION*
You may remember we recently held an online auction for an original painting by local artist Angela Banwell.
Angela very kindly donated a stunning greyhound painting and the auction came to an end on Friday evening. The highest bidder was John who came to collect the painting and meet Angela at kennels on Saturday morning.
John, a previous Makants volunteer, has a keen interest in art and was delighted to receive his painting from Angela. He was also keen to meet some of the greyhounds who were about to go out on their daily walk.
Our thanks to everyone for their support, to our volunteers Fiona and Wendy for coordinating the auction, to John, and of course to Angela for her kindness once again.
