NATIONAL ADOPT A GREYHOUND MONTH

Louise lives with Makants hound Jake, who was adopted in January 2021.
We asked her a couple of questions about Jake and greyhounds in particular:
Why should anyone adopt a greyhound?
Greyhounds are easy to look after, each hound has their own individual character and they love routine. They also love company but are happy sleeping most of the day away in their bed (or normally a sofa). Greyhounds are very easy to care for and addictive – if I could have more I would.
What makes greyhounds special:
Greyhounds are goofy, funny and make you smile everyday, they have a lot of love to give and enjoy lots of fuss and attention. Most just love to chill out, sleep and eat. They like the simple life.
