MORECAMBE BAY – CROSS BAY SPONSORED WALK

You may remember that last year a group of our volunteers undertook the Three Peaks challenge raising funds for Makants.

This year, on Saturday 13th July, 32 walkers are taking part in the 9 mile walk across Morecambe Bay estuary, raising funds for the rescue.

This walk is flat but also challenging due to the tides and sand banks – and there of course is a chance of getting quite wet at points!
