Makants volunteer Alan is looking for sponsors

Alan Webb, Makants volunteer and proud ‘Dad’ of two Makants hounds – BOBBY and PIPPY – is planning to cover a marathon distance to raise money for the rescue.

The event will take place on Saturday 29th August following the Gin Pit marathon course, crossing the finish line at kennels. Alan (with some help from wife Kelly ) has set up a Just Giving page (link below). We’re hoping supporters will be able to make a donation, supporting Alan on this fantastic effort.

We hope to share timings and the course he is following and would love to have Makants supporters out there on the day cheering him on, details to follow.
