REEL, now known as ERIK, was adopted by Makants volunteer Alana and partner Cameron and will be living in the Tyldesley area.

After a break Alana returned to volunteering for us in November last year, and just couldn’t resist the charms of ERIK when he arrived at the rescue.

Alana tells us that ERIK is already a member of the neighbourhood watch scheme, and is partial to lying near to the radiator with his favourite squeaky octopus toy. Described by both Alana and Cameron as ‘amazing’ ERIK has taken everything in his stride and took to house training straight away too. He’s also looking forward to more sunbathing opportunities this Summer.
