FRIDAY FEATURE
Our first Friday Feature of 2020 features the lovely QUEEN.
Two year old QUEEN was lucky to enjoy a few days away from kennels recently with male greyhounds Neil and Roo for company.
Her foster carers, Joanne and Ian, found that she was a quick learner and soon got the hang of asking to go outside to toilet. She proved to be a very affectionate girl and was always seeking out cuddles and tummy rubs!
Queen also loves to play with toys and is a bit of a collector of items lying about, which she takes to her bed for safe keeping. Of course she did show the boys straight away that she was in charge (she’s not called Queen for nothing) but was happy to cuddle up on the sofa with them too.
Being only two she still has a fair bit of energy and enjoys her walks but also enjoys being a typical greyhound ‘couch potato’. Her foster carers, Joanne and Ian, describe her as ‘an amazing affectionate girl’ who would ‘make an amazing addition to any family’. Praise indeed for this regal girl.
