FRIDAY FEATURE *UPDATE*

JAKE

Handsome black boy JAKE was our very first Friday Feature of 2019 and was also mentioned in a subsequent Valentine feature. In that feature Jake described himself as ‘tall dark and handsome’ and that he was looking for someone special to share his life with. His goal was to enjoy walks in the countryside and spend time chilling on the sofa afterwards with a special someone.

Well, we’re pleased to say that shortly after that feature, Jake found that special someone and in March began to share his sofa with Makants hound LUNA. He enjoys his walks in the countryside and his owners – Kate and Jamie – describe him as still being tall dark and handsome and also ‘adorable’. He is an oversized lap dog who loves the sofa and manages to fit into the smallest spaces possible.

Kate and Jamie also bring Jake and Luna along to some fundraising events and they are both excellent ambassadors for the rescue. We wish them all every happiness in 2020.
