**BANK HOLIDAY FUNDRAISING**

We had two fantastic days of fundraising and raising awareness at the Makers Market at the Lancashire Mining Museum. It certainly was a wonderful community event, the weather stayed fine and we enjoyed meeting so many people over the two days. We send our thanks to all our hard working volunteers and to local greyhound owners who turned up to support the event. You certainly couldn’t help but notice the greyhounds!

We also had a team of hard working volunteers at the Middlebrook Horwich Car Boot Sale who were not only happy to give up their Bank Holiday, they had to get up extra early too! That’s what you call commitment.
