🎉🎉*PHEBY IS 12*🎉🎉
Today a very special Makants hound – PHEBY – celebrates her 12th birthday.😍
You may remember back in February 2019 when PHEBY- or Fire as she was known then – arrived at Heathrow airport to be collected by Siobhan and Sue. She was part of a worldwide homing of greyhounds when the notorious Canidrome in Macau closed. Over 550 greyhounds found their forever homes that year, having previously endured years of neglect.
PHEBY was adopted by Julia in July of that year and is now living by the sea in North Wales. Despite having spent time in the Canidrome Julia says Pheby is in great shape at 12 years old, and has sent in this lovely photo.
Julia goes on to say ‘she is my joy every single day’.
