🌟FRIDAY FEATURE – STORM🌟

4 year old STORM arrived with us on the 8th November 2023.

On arrival STORM was very timid as everything was new to her. As she has settled in, and after being given some time, she has improved and is now making great progress gaining confidence day by day. This is in part thanks to the support of our volunteers and the new experiences they are able to offer her.

Recently Storm was able to enjoy a day out of kennels with our volunteers Justine, Julian and their Makants hound Nadia. Storm enjoyed her day, was fine with other breeds she met on a walk around Worsley, and took everything in her stride including navigating steps on the bridge. Another new experience was spending time in our volunteers’ home and garden with Storm even managing to try out their sofa too!

Siobhan describes Storm as a ‘lovely, gentle soul’.
