We recently let you know that we are planning a sensory garden to enhance each greyhounds experience whilst at kennels.
Initial discussions took place in September regarding this piece of land behind our enrichment (home from home) room. Work took place clearing the ground last month with a protective membrane placed on the ground to prevent the weeds growing back and the area was enclosed with a secure fence.
Further progress involving discussion on planning, plants and landscaping are currently underway. Kennel hound SAMMY was obviously very interested to hear the plans looking at the photo! 👀
There’s still a lot of work to do but we’ll keep you updated on our progress, it’s going to be an amazing space.
