🌟FRIDAY FEATURE – RALPHIE🌟
6 year old RALPHIE joined us on the 21st August 2024. A friendly and calm dog who is easy to walk he’s been getting used to his new world and has settled well.
Ralphie, along with his previous kennel mate Walter, was lucky to enjoy a day out this week to visit Haigh Hall with our volunteers Jackie and Sharon. The hounds enjoyed being in a different environment and having new experiences including meeting new humans and other breeds of dog.
Ralphie was a little more shy than his friend Walter but they were both excited when another greyhound came along to join them! After lots of fuss and treats they returned to kennels. Thanks to our volunteers for offering the hounds this lovely experience.
We feel RALPHIE could make an ideal first greyhound for anyone new to the breed.
