Today, Valentine’s Day, it’s the turn of OTIS and volunteer Megan who explains why her heart belongs to OTIS.
Megan says ‘OTIS is such a sweet boy that is always pleased to see you. He absolutely loves a cuddle after his walk and of course is very partial to a few treats too!’
