*WINNIE* DOG OF THE MONTH FOR APRIL
Two year old WINNIE joined us on the 8th February. She’s settled well and is a very friendly girl who absolutely loves people. However, Winnie is very wary of other breeds of dog and can be very vocal when she sees dogs off lead. We hope her behaviour will improve as she has more exposure to other breeds.
Recently Winnie was guest of honour at the opening of the new Westhoughton Dog Park and enjoyed her time there as you can see from the attached photos.😁
We feel Winnie would prefer to live with another large hound, who can ‘show her the ropes’ and we are looking for an adopter with greyhound experience. We don’t feel Winnie would like to live with children.
