*INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY*
At Makants we have three Trustees who take responsibility for the running and future plans for the rescue – Siobhan, Sue and Dave.
Sorry Dave but for today – International Women’s Day – we are concentrating on the ladies and send our thanks to Siobhan and Sue for their commitment to the rescue and all their hard work. They are indeed two inspirational women who, despite many other commitments, never fail to give of their best to the rescue.
Supported by a great team of volunteers they have been able to ensure that over 470 greyhounds to date have found their forever homes.
